Payment Terms:
- Airport Transfer is all-inclusive fixed fare up to 1 hour. Airport wait time is included. Detours and stops are not permitted. Flight delays beyond 1 hour would be charged separately.
- City Package: Upto 8 hrs 80kms package included. Toll/Parking/Night Driver Allowance Separate. Night Driver Allowance Applicable between 10 PM to 6AM usage only.
- Outstation fares: Includes Fuel cost. Usage per day is provisioned for up to 300Kms usage post which extra Km charges are applicable. Toll/Parking/Day & Night Driver Allowance to be paid separately. Night Driver Allowance Applicable between 10 PM-6AM usage only.
- For wedding cars, decoration charges start from Rs 5000 to up to Rs 50000.
- For wedding cars, cleaning & sanitization charges are applicable for Rs. 2500.
- For pets in the vehicle, Rs 3000 cleaning & sanitization charges are applicable.
Terms & Conditions:
- Usage breakup will be enclosed in the final paid invoice to be shared post-trip completion.
- The authorization of payment is done on the tentative bill amount. The amount would be adjusted (if required) basis the actual usage.
- In case of any disputes, the same must be brought to our notice in writing within 48 hrs of service usage.
- System-generated invoices by ProRido do not require any signature or stamp.
- All Bills must be paid within the contracted payment period to avoid levy of 18% Interest & penal charges.
- The route would be calculated from garage-to-garage.
- Booking will be confirmed post-payment & is subject to the availability of the respective vehicle.
- Convenience charges of 3% would be applicable to domestic debit/credit & 5% on international debit/credit cards. No charges are applicable on UPI, Wallet, or Bank Transfers.
- All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
- Driver & car details would be shared post-payment confirmation.
- ProRido must receive written confirmed intimation about the cancellation/changes for all vehicles as per Terms of Service states in https://www.prorido.com/terms-of-service.html.
- ProRido shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or luggage. Travelers should purchase trip insurance before traveling if required.
- Colour, variant, and features may vary. All cars are in best possible "as-is" condition. If the selected car is unavailable, a similar car shall be sent over.
