Payment Terms:

1. Usage breakup will be enclosed in the final paid invoice to be shared post-trip completion.
2. The authorization of payment is done on the tentative bill amount. The amount would be adjusted (if required) basis the actual usage (Toll, Parking, Driver Allowance, State Permit as applicable).
3. The route would be calculated from garage-to-garage. Fares provided includes Fuel cost. Driver & car details would be shared post-payment confirmation.
4. Booking will be confirmed post-payment & is subject to the availability of the respective vehicle.
5. Airport Pickup / Drop fare is all-inclusive rate valid for up to 2 hour journey from the scheduled pickup time, including airport wait time of 30 mins. Detours from the shortest route or additional stops are not permitted. In the event of flight delays exceeding 30 mins, additional wait time charges will apply as per applicable rates.
6. City Package fare excludes tolls, parking fees, and night driver allowance. Night driver allowance is applicable only if the service is used between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM and will be charged additionally as per standard rates.
7. Outstation fares exclude tolls, parking fees, and both day and night driver allowances, which will be charged additionally as applicable. Daily usage beyond 300 kms per calendar day will incur extra per-km charges as per the applicable rate.
