Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fleet Management Intern with an opportunity for full-time hire. This role will provide hands-on experience in fleet operations, logistics, and vehicle management within a rapidly growing mobility company. The intern will assist in managing fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilization of vehicles, coordinating maintenance schedules, and analyzing data for efficiency improvements.

Period: 3 / 6 Months

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle tracking, scheduling, and maintenance coordination.
  • Monitor fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and driver performance to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle operations.
  • Support data analysis and reporting on fleet performance metrics.

ProRido car rental works with all relevant stakeholders in the Car rental business (across PAN-India) to help our clients get better rates and quality service. The Vendor Acquisition Associate must be able to achieve vendor empannelment goals by deepening existing relationships in assigned portfolio of car vendors and acquire new business by leveraging on ProRido vehicle solutions offering. The individual is also responsible for securing marketing partnerships with select dealers to grow driver supply at ProRido.

  • End - to - end monitoring and ensuring efficient operations of the car fleet vertical (100+ cars) for the respective branch location
  • Looking after the PAN-India vendor empannelment process, paperwork etc.
  • Vendor scoring basis the given parameters.
  • Ensuring impeccable service delivery at all times; fleet planning, quality control management and customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Proven Business Development record in B2B sales and Brand Promotion.
  • Identify and win new Enterprise accounts through Cold calling, prospecting, and presentations.

  • Utilize ZOHO Sales tools for pipeline development, tracking, and forecasting.
  • Negotiating tenders, contracts, and closing sales.
