Payment & Usage Guidelines
- Booking confirmation along with chauffeur and vehicle details will be shared once the payment reflects in our bank account and is subject to vehicle availability.
- Payment is authorized based on a tentative estimate. Any adjustments to actual usage (such as tolls, parking, driver allowance, or permits) will be made to ensure complete transparency.
- Fares are calculated on a garage-to-garage basis, for round trips, and already include fuel charges.
- Airport pickups and drops include tolls and parking charges and cover up to 2 hours from the scheduled pickup time, including 30 minutes of airport waiting time. Any extra waiting time, detours, or additional stops will be billed at standard rates.
- City packages exclude tolls, parking, and night driver allowance. Night allowance is applicable only for usage between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM IST.
- Outstation fares exclude tolls, parking, permits, and driver allowances. Daily usage exceeding 300 km per calendar day will be charged on a per-kilometer basis as applicable.
- Premium rates may apply for popular tourist or spiritual routes and during peak season dates to ensure reliable vehicle availability.
- A detailed usage summary will be included in the final invoice after trip completion.
