Our Services Offerings> ProRido provides complete corporate, luxury, outstation car rental service using the brand new cars, latest equipment and technology to facilitate the travel of individual employees, management or leadership team in all metro cities in India. Our fleet offering includes mostly with maximum age of 2 years & comes with an option of AC/Non-AC. All drivers would be conversant with English, Kannada/Hindi for effective staff communication. The fleet size is expected to expand in near future to accommodate more options in given class of vehicles which are company and/or partner owned.

ProRido car rental works with all relevant stakeholders in the Car rental business (across PAN-India) to help our clients get better rates and quality service. The Vendor Acquisition Associate must be able to achieve vendor empannelment goals by deepening existing relationships in assigned portfolio of car vendors and acquire new business by leveraging on ProRido vehicle solutions offering. Job description: Lead the sales & new business development function for a young car rental company in south Bangalore. The position requires the candidate to generate new sales & attaining a revenue goal within an assigned territory. The individual will identify opportunities & open the door within Corporates like IT Companies, Hotels, Airlines & Developers/Builders for ProRido Services at new customers in the territory for On-Spot, Daily Rental, Events or Employee Transportation requirements. Planning & Revenue collection would be part of sales activities. We are looking for a strong leader with experience in growing startup business through business development & marketing. You will be responsible for maintaining a product vision, analyze competition & market, prepare a growth roadmap. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be CEO of the product.

Essential Responsibilites

  • Proven Business Development record in the field of B2B sales and Brand Promotion wherein preference will be given to those who have sold to Facilities, Transport & Procurement heads.
  • Identify and win new Enterprise accounts through effective Cold calling, prospecting, qualification, account mapping and presentations or through networking. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Promote and engage corporate car rental products across the entire Territory for Lead Generation, direct selling, Upselling & Cross Selling.

Qualifications/Requirements:

This role will be measured on its customer relationship and the ability to produce financial and operating results for the Contractual Service business. Corporate Fleet/Operations Manager (CF/OM) will be required to work independently to manage multiple long-term service agreements. CFMs is located in head-office with frequent visits to customer locations and are responsible for delivering high quality customer solutions including new products, outage planning, parts & repair management.

Essential Responsibilites

The Corporate Fleet/OPerations Manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, growth programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to deliver on operating plan, customer KPIs, focus on growth, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and long-term business goals. CFM essential responsibilities includes: -

  • End - to - end monitoring and ensuring efficient operations of the car fleet vertical (100+ cars) for the respective branch location
  • Looking after the job allocation, billing by ensuring correct recognition, recording and achievement of revenue
  • Increasing utilization and plan new purchases
  • Ensuring impeccable service delivery at all times; fleet planning, quality control management and customer satisfaction post the service has been rendered
  • Managing escalations with regards to customer queries, appreciation and grievances
  • Good Manpower management, Fleet management & customer engagement skills
  • Supporting sales, business development efforts, build alliances and partnerships, product development in coordination with central team
  • Ensuring consistency in the services delivered to the end user
  • Execution of local marketing initiatives or suggesting to the central team to run specific local campaigns
