Check if your rate allows change or cancellation
Some hotels work with promotional rates that are, in most cases, more
restrictive than generic rates.

This means that if you make a request to book a hotel at a promotional rate, it is unlikely that you will be able to change the date of travel or cancel it, without the hotel charging a fine from the company.

The fine, as in the logic of buying airline tickets, is usually a portion or,

Check the category and type of bed booked
Hotels often offer apartments with different bed configurations. Pay attention to the common nomenclature of booking channels and hotels, in Brazil and worldwide.

When making a reservation, you will also need to select the available apartment category. For categories with more structure, comfort or service benefits (welcome kits, priority check-in, etc.), expect a higher rate than standard/standard rooms.

Courtesy and treats:
Some hotels offer complimentary coffee or mineral water for each guest. If this happens, these items are usually available on the main bench in your apartment, or on the bedside tables next to your bed. If in doubt whether the item is free or not, check with reception.

most of them have an average cost well above market prices.
